Packing slip translation
It would be great if the packing slip could be translated to English (or other languages) when the package is shipped outside NL.
Improved Mix & Match Data + Bundle-Friendly Shipping Logic
The "Mix & Match" tag reads as shipping consolidation but actually denotes a wholesale-discount tier — Mix & Match shipping is still charged per plant for larger items when the order is received. This makes large volume multi-plant bundles unviable at gift retail price points. I attempted to launch 10 office bundles in May — 9 had to be unpublished as loss-makers. Three asks: 1. A clear shipping_bracket field per product (today we hand-map shipping rules from pot size + height) 2. A bundle margin calculator API (cart spec → total landed cost) 3. Volume-break shipping — e.g. 5+ plants = -10%, 10+ = -20% per supplier Bundles drive 2-3× AOV. Currently merchants either avoid them, eat losses, or anchor at luxury pricing. Volume left on the table.
Opmerkingen veld moet worden doorgestuurd naar kweker
Als wij een bestelling doorkrijgen en iemand wilt de bezorging laten plaatsvinden op een ander moment, dan zou het handig zijn als de kweker inzicht kan krijgen in de opgegeven opmerkingen van de klant.
Show actual supplier stock levels
Currently many products display “999” units in stock, even when only a few items are actually available. This can lead to overselling and customer service issues. Having access to real stock quantities (or stock ranges) would help resellers manage expectations, especially for larger orders.
Packing slip customization
It would be great to be able to customize a little more the packing slips (customized message, logo, etc.) and/or be able to add custom branded document with it (Thank you for your purchase message with our logo, etc.)
SEPA Payment
It would be nice when you would accept next to Ideal, bancontact and bank transactions also SEPA transactions or credit card payments (maybe this is to expensive but SEPA is cheap)
DPD tracking data bij order
De gedetailleerde trackingdata van een order is beschikbaar in het dashboard, is het ook mogelijk deze beschikbaar te maken in de API? Voordeel hiervan is dat als een pakket bij een pickup point ligt of er moet iets gebeuren kunnen we de klant actief informeren. DPD stuurt niet altijd emails voor elke actie helaas.
Everspring Logistics Provider Account
Currently, all wholesalers ship using their own shipping carrier account (usually with DPD). This is problematic because our customers can see exactly which wholesaler is shipping the plants when they track their orders. They can then contact that wholesaler directly and might order from them next time instead of through us. It would be great if you could set up an account with a shipping provider and then maintain a separate sender address for each wholesaler. Then Everspring would be listed as the sender, not the wholesaler directly. Additionally, all collected packages would be processed under your account. This would give you significantly greater leverage when negotiating with the shipping provider, allowing you to secure much better shipping rates. That would be a major advantage for all of us.

Add SEUR tracking for Spain
Today, spanish orders are being transfered from DPD to local carrier SEUR however customer first receive then DPD tracking number, then a second email from SEUR when the order is getting ready to be shipped. It would be great to have direclty the initial email sent from SEUR in local language not DPD (the same way it is already working for Chronopost in France)

Sorteren op artikelnaam binnen een bulkopdracht werkt niet betrouwbaar,hetzelfde SKU verschijnt verspreid over meerdere pagina's. Bugfix zodat identieke artikelen netjes bij elkaar gesorteerd worden.

Tag-filtering in bulk orderverwerking verbeteren
Tag-filtering in bulkverwerking: alle producten met tag X in één batch Pas de bulkfilter aan zodat orders waarvan álle producten tag X hebben in één bulkverwerking komen, in plaats van alleen orders met precies één product met die tag. Multi-product orders met dezelfde tag vallen nu buiten de batch.
Chats die niet aan een order vastzitten
Sta los van een order chats toe in de messenger, en laat bijvoorbeeld elk connectieverzoek automatisch een chat starten met direct context van de reseller (goed-/afkeuren met inzicht).
Standaard antwoordtemplates met handtekening
Laat leveranciers vaste antwoordsjablonen aanmaken en hergebruiken, inclusief handtekening, bij het beantwoorden van claims en klantvragen. Scheelt herhaald typewerk bij terugkerende situaties.
Veld 'Extra adres informatie' toevoegen aan API
Het zou mooi zijn dat het veld extra adres informatie opgevoerd kan worden via de API. Dit kan nu alleen via het portaal en maakt het dus omslachtig dat de order via de API word ingeschoten en daarna nog handmatig moet worden bijgewerkt. (of de documentatie is niet compleet)

Het zou fijn zijn om een algehele performance van een leverancier in te kunnen zien. - Percentage orders zijn niet verzonden - Percentage orders zijn te laat verzonden - Percentage orders zijn op tijd verzonden - Percentage reclamaties / refunds Alles op basis van hun eigen leverbeloftes! Als deze informatie inzichtelijk is gaan leveranciers misschien ook beter hun best doen hier beter in te presteren.
Re-try payment button on the Order Overview Page
After topping up the wallet, you need to click back into the order to re-try payment. It would be great to have the re-try button in the row of each order so you can click it there instead of clicking on the order number to access the button.
