What happens to my eWallet balance when an order is cancelled?

If a supplier cancels your order, your payment is automatically refunded to your Everspring eWallet — no action required.

Written By Bas den Hoed

Sometimes a supplier cancels an order after you've paid — for example, due to an out-of-stock item, a fulfilment issue, or an agreed adjustment between you and the supplier.

What happens to your money

When a paid order is cancelled by the supplier, the full amount is automatically refunded to your Everspring eWallet. You don't need to request anything — the refund lands as a balance top-up, ready to spend on your next order.

Timing

Refunds are usually processed within a few minutes after the cancellation is confirmed. You'll find the transaction in your eWallet activity under Refunds.
