What is the cancellation policy at Everspring?

Orders on Everspring are generally final once placed. Here's how cancellations work — and what to do if you need to try anyway.

Placing an order on Everspring is a commitment. Suppliers start processing as soon as the order comes through, which is why orders generally cannot be cancelled once placed.

Why orders can't simply be cancelled

When you place an order, it's sent directly to the supplier — a grower or manufacturer — who begins preparing, picking, and packing right away. Once that process is in motion, pulling the order back isn't always possible, and isn't always fair to the supplier. That's why Everspring treats every placed order as a firm commitment.

Placed an order by mistake? Act fast.

If you spot a mistake — wrong address, wrong quantity, or an order that shouldn't have been placed at all — contact the supplier immediately through the platform. Speed is the single biggest factor in whether cancellation is still possible.

How to contact the supplier

  1. Open the order in your Everspring dashboard.

  2. Use the built-in messaging to send a short, polite note explaining what you need and why.

  3. Wait for a reply — suppliers respond as quickly as they can during business hours.

Even when the order is already in progress

Sometimes the supplier has already started fulfilling your order by the time you reach out. That doesn't automatically mean cancellation is off the table — depending on how far along they are, the supplier may still be able to cancel the order as a courtesy.

If they can:

  • You'll receive a confirmation message from the supplier that the order has been cancelled.

  • The full order amount is refunded directly to your eWallet — no action needed on your side.

If they can't, the order will ship and be charged as normal. At that point, if something arrives damaged, incorrect, or otherwise problematic, our Claims & Refunds flow is the right path — that's a separate process from cancellation.

In short

  • Orders are generally not cancellable once placed.

  • Contact the supplier as fast as you can if you need to try.

  • Supplier cancellation isn't guaranteed, but it's worth asking.

  • If cancellation succeeds, refund to eWallet is automatic.
