What is the returns policy on Everspring?

Everspring is a dropshipping platform. Returns are the reseller's responsibility. By default, items are not returnable, and fresh plants are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

This article explains Everspring's standard policy on consumer returns. It covers who is responsible, what is and isn't returnable by default, and how exceptions work.

Who handles returns

Everspring operates as a dropshipping platform. When a consumer submits a return request, the reseller (the webshop owner) is the point of contact and is responsible for handling the request toward the end customer. Everspring does not take over return communication or decisioning on behalf of the reseller.

Default policy

Under the standard Everspring policy:

  • Items are not returnable by default. Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, orders placed via the platform are considered final.

  • Fresh plants fall outside the right of withdrawal. Under applicable consumer-protection law, perishable or fresh goods are excluded from the standard right of withdrawal, so they remain non-returnable regardless.

Supplier exceptions

Individual suppliers may choose to accept returns in specific cases. When they do, the agreement is made directly between the reseller and the supplier β€” Everspring is not a party to those arrangements and does not broker or enforce them.

If you want to know whether a return is possible for a specific order, contact the supplier through the platform messaging.
